High Probability Prospecting is a highly effective prospecting process based on a new understanding of the stages that lead to appointments with prospects who are ready, willing, and able to buy. The result is more sales in less time, consistently.

We train salespeople how to find, identify, and qualify High Probability Prospects, and how to communicate with them effectively and efficiently.

Interactive Training Syllabus:

  • The HPS worldview: mutual trust and respect, and the discovery mindset

  • Background of High Probability Prospecting (HPP), designing prospecting offers, and handling responses

  • Organizing and structuring your prospecting process, call practice and coaching, and listening skills for the phone

  • Refining offers and responses, and measuring results

  • Setting up appointments for improved closing results

Prospecting Training via Teleconference – No Travel Required

The training consists of a series of six teleclasses as follows:

  • Teleclass sessions led by a certified HPS instructor.

  • 100% interactive discussion format.

  • All sessions are live, with no pre-recorded information. Sessions are approximately 90 minutes in length.

  • Small groups – limited to 10 participants.

  • Sessions are conducted once per week, for 6 weeks. This results in better retention.

  • Action steps are assigned between sessions to provide real world on-the-job learning and practice opportunities in each part of the process.

  • Each session is an interactive blend of instruction covering the fundamentals of the High Probability Prospecting process and its tools.

  • Role-playing and coaching are based upon the students' experiences while implementing the process.

  • A workbook will be provided to each participant before the first session.
