High Probability Selling is a trademark and is protected under US trademark laws. You may record training sessions and make copies of written materials for personal use only. You may not make such recordings or written materials commercially available, without written permission from High Probability Selling. You may not make the recordings, the templates, and the materials that we provide available to persons outside of your immediate organization. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Participants agree not to reveal any proprietary information, personal details, and the trade secrets of the business practices of fellow program participants to any third party. Anything that is not available to the public is considered proprietary, personal, and/or secret. Privacy Policy: We will not reveal personal or confidential information without your explicit permission. Non-Compete Agreement: You can share the materials and what you have learned with colleagues in your own organization.
