Confidentiality Agreement for Workshops on High Probability Selling
We require all participants of our workshops to agree to abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
- All information you hear from or about participants in the workshop will be considered Confidential Information, unless the subject of that information clearly states otherwise. Such Confidential Information may be personal or business.
- You agree that you will not disclose any of this Confidential Information to anyone who was not a participant of this workshop.
How
Verbally, recorded. At the beginning of the workshop, while the recording is on and before any confidential information is disclosed, we ask each participant to promise to everyone else that they will abide by this agreement.
Why
The purpose of this Confidentiality Agreement is to protect the privacy of the people who participate in our workshops. Knowing that everyone has agreed to the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement will make it easier for participants to discuss personal and business issues freely in the workshop.
If You Do Not Agree
If you do not indicate that you agree to the terms in this Confidentiality Agreement, then we will remove you from the workshop and we will refund any money you may have paid for it.
