Confidentiality Agreement for Workshops
Offered by High Probability Selling

We require all participants of our Prospecting and Selling workshops to read the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement, and agree to abide by them.  We do not require this for participants of our Powerful Listening Workshop. 

• All information you hear about participants in the workshop will be considered Confidential Information, unless the subject of that information clearly states otherwise.  This information may be personal or business.
• You agree that you will not disclose any of this Confidential Information to anyone who was not a participant of this workshop.

Why

The purpose of this Confidentiality Agreement is to protect the privacy of the people who participate in our workshops.  Knowing that everyone has agreed to the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement will make it easier for participants to discuss personal and business issues freely in the workshop. 


If You Do Not Agree

If you do not indicate that you agree to the terms in this Confidentiality Agreement before the workshop begins, then we will remove you from the workshop and we will refund any money you may have paid for it.
